Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga that combines the traditional poses of hatha yoga with fluid movement.

The body moves to the compass of the breath with smooth transitions between asanas, entering into movement meditation.

We synchronize our practice with the energy of the arc of the year, in an intimate connection with the seasons, the movement of sun and moon, the moment of the day and of life.

The mantras of yoga are sacred sounds that cleanse, change and harmonize the energy of the body. In Mantra Yoga we use the ancient sounds of Hindu and Buddhist origin to achieve a state of profound serenity in order to heal the body, mind and soul.
Each class is a journey through sound and meditation. We practice mantra through song, recitation, in movement and stillness to reach a state of deep relaxation.
